Lippincott's presents the material with many diagrams and charts. It covers most of biochem at the level required for the boards.

Digging up the Bones Medical Review Series: Biochemistry1998 edition
Lots of good charts and sketches, cheap, only 115 pages. It is probably pretty good for reviewing for the USMLE but not enough for a 1st year biochem course.
