Average Rating: Rating: - Leadership class staple I was mandated to read the book for Leadership class in Nursing. It is surprisingly easy to read, and not bogged down in inflated lingo. If you're a student it's not a bad reading assignment, and if you're a teacher, it's a good book to recommend. They could have put a little bit on Deming and Shackelton if they really wanted to encompass leadership principles though. Maybe they'll make it into the 5th edition.
