![]() - Full of mistakesGood for a review in many places but some things you just know are blatantly wrong in the book. Examples include formulas in pharmacokinetics which are completely incorrect, saying penicillin V is effective against gram negative bacteria, mislabelling triiodothyronine's structure. The list goes on. Some parts need diagrams like the structure of bacteria but it lacks that. If you have any lecture notes that contradict the book, I'd say trust your lecture notes if they are good notes and from good lecturers!! I hope the newer editions get corrected but I think its highly unlikely as the book has the same mistakes as previous editions. Rating: - FPGEE booksA MUST for all those who need to prepare for the FPGEE EXAM or NAPLEX. It covers all main arguments and it has also good drills. Highly recommended. Rating: - the book is very goodThe book was all that i expecting, has been helpfully and interesting to buy this book. Rating: - Decent reference bookI found this book most useful as a reference tool. It's not very useful in terms of studying for the NAPLEX. It is, however, detailed and I do occassionally refer back to it. Rating: - mohd.hsni think it's abest text book for pharmacy students and phamacists as a tertiary source for basic informations in pharmacy practice. |
