  - Great Book!Great book. I needed this for my psychology course. I would recommend you make sure this package has all of the materials you need. My school offered a package that had an extra book that this package didn't. Not amazon's fault, but mine for not looking into this more closely. I ended up buying the other book from amazon too and saved money anyways compared to school bookstore. The book is well written and easy to understand. It's basically a more advanced version of your undergrad psychology book. Rating:  - loss causeI needed this text for my online course. The write up stated that it included the necessary charts. When I received the book, the charts where not with it. I emailed on three seperate occassions and did not receive an answer. Not a good experience! Rating: - ExcellentGreat product. The communication was over and beyond excellent. The book was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for taking the time to send pictures of the book so we knew there was no mistake it was the correct one. We would definitely do business with you again.!!! Rating: - The worst amazon experience I ever hadI ordered this book since the first week of september and I still have not receive the book. I had numerous assignment and one exam from the course that required this text. Due to this experience I will less likely to order from amazon and I will not recommemded it. Rating: - No Star Review!I have never received this product and I have filed a claim to receive my money back. I have not heard from the seller or Amazon about my claim. I am expecting to have my credit card credited for the amount of the purchase. This was a horrible experience. The book did NOT come and so we purchased it at the college bookstore. It did not save any money or time ordering from Amazon and now it is one huge hassle to get my money back! |
