![]() - Quality not QuantityThis book is written by a Social Worker/mental health professional. As a psychologist I found this book helpful. I agree with the major psychological concepts presented. I also agree that it is short and not as organized as it could be but there are chapters that highlight major issues. Made me want to write my own book. Rating: - This is an essay, not the book it seems to be.I was very disappointed to find this glossy covered "book" was more of an essay. It has about 90+ largely spaced pages of text. No chapters or special subjects. Just one long opinion. Not worth the $10 I paid for it. Rating: - The JourneyThis is a good book to have if you have gone thru this surgery. The only thing I did not like about the book, it was not long enough. I feel there is more to the Journey that what this book covered. |
